Oscar’s Cafe – fast paced diner
A staple for breakfast and lunch, Oscar’s Cafe is truly a local’s favorite. This 50’s style diner has been family owned and operated for over 38 years. This iconic spot has trusted our point of sale solution to help them run smoothly and effectively.
Our point of sale has allowed them to run their restaurant more smoothly with server consistency, communication to the kitchen, and cashing out at the end of the day. We were excited to help them save time on their payroll each month with a more effective system.
RGP’s – fast counter service
This lunch spot is famous for its flame-grilled wraps. Homemade dough, grilled to order and served with your choice of potato chips or signature coleslaw.
For years, this business was run as a cash-only establishment but decided to open their doors to credit cards to accommodate everyone looking for some of the best lunch in the area. We were happy to be there to help them set everything up easily and without any headaches. Now they can continue doing what they do best- making amazing flame-grilled wraps.
2nd Deli and Spirits – bar and deli
At 2nd Deli and Spirits, sandwiches are made using locally sourced beef and they cure all meats in-house. All sides and cocktails are 100% made from scratch.
The owners were familiar with the Aloha system at their previous work and wanted a similar system at their new business. What they thought was going to be a costly venture ended up being free with the Harbortouch System. We were very excited to join this business in their start up and continued growth.
Mill Street Bistro – fine dining
This establishment is best described as a “down-to-earth fine dining” experience. Offering a weekly rotating menu keeps partons excited about fresh and new plates. A special place for residents to stop by after work, celebrate a birthday, or enjoy a special date night for wine, craft beer, some fantastic entrees and even in house made deserts.
They were looking for a system that could help them run more smoothly and something to allow service to go without a hitch. Their needs also included being able to pull custom reports without the manual number crunching. They utilize the Lighthouse Business Management system to send their customers emails to update them on goings on at the Bistro.We are excited to grow with this new business.
